1. Who we are

Forum Yachting is a yacht charter brokerage based at 128 Syngrou Avenue, 2nd Floor, 11745 Athens, Greece. Contact: yachts@forumshipbrokers.com.

2. What data we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your preferred destination, guest count, dates
• Any message you provide

We also collect anonymous browsing data via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers).

3. Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your charter enquiry and provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. How we store it

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (EU servers) and transmitted via Formspree (email notification service). All transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from your last interaction, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr)

7. Cookies

We use one essential cookie (fy_consent) to remember that you've dismissed the cookie banner. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or social media trackers.

8. Third-party services

We use the following processors:

• Cloudflare — Hosting and CDN. Privacy policy
• Supabase — Database and authentication. Privacy policy
• Formspree — Form submissions. Privacy policy
• Google Fonts — Typography. Privacy policy

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the website.
